Little Bits Die for Halloween

Hey everyone!  These papers have really put me in the mood for Halloween and all things Fall!  I've started pinning more crockpot soups, and yummy Fall meals.  If you haven't been here recently, these papers are from the new line of products that Taylored Expressions has called Matched.  These particular papers are called Hocus Pocus, and they go so well with all of the new Halloween themed products that TE carries.  I've been so excited by not only the colors, but the quality!

I also used a new die from the Little Bits collection called Witch Hat, and the stamp is called Little Bits of Halloween.  I love that you can mix and match the sentiments to come up with some really fun sayings.  The background die is from the Pockets & Pages line, and it's called 3x4 Circle Showcase.  It works beautifully with all of the Little Bits dies!

I need to head out, but thanks for stopping in today!  I hope you're inspired!

Taylored Expressions: Critters in Costume

Happy Thursday, crafty friends!  We have a sick one in the house today, so we are laying low.  I'm not sure if it was the trauma of too much dental work at the orthodontist or what, but it's knocked one of my teens down.  Of course, typical Midwest weather put us in the 40's a couple of days ago and now we are back up to the 70's, so that could very well be contributing to our ailments.  Regardless, it is really starting to feel like Fall, and that has gotten me excited for Fall festivities!

Today I'm showing you a card I made using one of the new Taylored Expressions Halloween sets called Critters in Costume.  The little critters are simply adorable all dolled up for Halloween, and I just couldn't resist this sweet image of the cat and the pumpkin.  Have you checked out the new line of products that Taylor is carrying called Matched?  Oooo, it's amazing!  Matched is the name they've given to their products that are made to match which now includes cardstock, patterned paper, and multi-colored sequin bottles.  I'm over the moon about it all. . .seriously there was squealing in this house when I got my hands on the products!

I used the Hocus Pocus Matched Kit for my project.  Just check out the vibrancy of those patterned papers. . .

You'll notice that I've been stamping a bit more on the inside of my cards.  It's just fun to decorate the whole thing inside and out!

Stamps:  Critters in Costume (TE)
Ink:  Memento Tuxedo Black (TE), SU Pumpkin Pie
Paper:  Matched Kit - Hocus Pocus (TE)
Accessories:  Copics, stapler, Spica gold pen

I've been having a great time making things for this new release, and I'm truly so excited for the TEs new line of Matched products.  You just won't be disappointed!

Taylored Expressions: In & Out Birthday

Hey Peeps!  Another Monday has made it's way to us. . .Thank you, Lord, for blessing us with another day!  Our weekend was crazy, then relaxed, and just wonderful.

As most of you know, Taylored Expressions celebrated their 6th birthday last week and released a ton of new products to include some new product lines!  They are now carrying their own cardstocks and designer papers, and they have some new embossing folders to boot!

My card uses the new set called In & Out Birthday along with the Little Bits - Cake & Stand die, the Matched Kit Double the Fun, the Banner Stacklets 2 die, and the Pennant Border die.  More specifically, the cardstock that I used from the kit were Sugar Cube, Lemon Meringue, and Jelly Donut.  As usual, Taylor has done an amazing job of coordinating it all to match, and I feel super blessed to be able to share with you how amazing the products are.  The designer paper, is so far superior to any dp I've tried before.  The colors are so rich and vibrant, and the designs are just darling!  Give them a try, because you won't be disappointed!

Thanks for stopping by!  I'll have plenty more to show you throughout the month, and I'll even be throwing in some mixed media projects the more that I dabble :)

I couldn't resist making some patterned wings with the new patterned papers in the Hocus Pocus paper pad.  These papers are just superior and so vibrant.  I'm in LOVE with the new patterned paper, and I'm just over the moon for the new line of Premium Cardstock to match!  I used several different colors in the kit to include Sugar CubePeapodPumpkin, and Oreo

I love the little bat's darling face. . .so cute!  The great thing about the Sack It line of dies is that work on a card just fine on their own.  I can see making a bunch of different cards using those sweet dies.
