I'm sure you've all heard about our poor Katie by this point. You should have come to my blog from Stacy, but if you just happened upon my blog you'll want to make sure and start at Lori's blog so you don't miss a thing.
It breaks my heart that Katie and her family are having to endure this, but Katie has handled it all with such grace. If you haven't read about her journey you can. She has been posting about this process since the beginning. While it tugs at the heart, she also puts her 'Katie' humor in there. Gosh I love that gal. Please join me in praying for her and her family.
My card uses the digital set designed by Laurie called It's my Potty. Lori's blog post gives the hilarious story behind it, and I have to say that I had a little hand in helping come up with some of the sayings. Oh so fun ;) I imagine the background paper as some sort of crazy wallpaper in a bathroom that might actually house a toilet like this, haha. And of course lace and pearls. . .which were airbrushed to match the gold trim :D

ReplyDeleteI just love this card, it is so adorable! I love the eyelet lace trim, like a gramma's curtians that she has hanging in her bathroom, I can just hear that seat making that swisshh sound when you sit down. lol .. your coloring is perfect, and it all goes so well with your dp. Great job!
