Praise God

Happy Monday, everyone!  I didn't have too much time to stamp over the weekend, but I did manage to get this one made.  Considering what this weekend was and how emotional it really was, this was the perfect card for my heart to make.  In sadness, I feel that praising God is the perfect remedy.  I have so much to be thankful for and so much to praise Him for.

I used one of the new sets from Clear Dollar Stamps that you can either earn or purchase.  This stamp set is called Melody of Truth, and the flowers are from a set called Bitty Botanicals.

I used the inspiration from the Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger to come up with this one, and I really like how it turned out.  The colors really inspired me. . .the cream, the turquoise, the green, and the brown.
Stamps:  Melody of Truth, Bitty Botanicals
Paper:  buttercream, SU dp
Ink:  SU River Rock, SU Crumb Cake, CDS Hot Cocoa
Accessories:  oval punch, CDS Spruce Needle ribbon, sponge

How does this trigger inspire you?

  1. Such a soft and serene card, love the colors. Hope you are okay...praying for you today. Big hugs.

  2. Hey Cassie! Thanks for linking this up to this week's Tuesday Trigger in the Moxie Fab World! I'm so glad you joined in on all the fun! :)

  3. Hello lovely Cassie,
I'm sorry to hear you've been sad, but you're spot on with Praising God in those times the most! He is certainly our strength, our hope and our comfort! It's been a bit tough here too lately, but God is most definately encouraging us to lean on Him and Trust Him and grow our faith in things not seen!!!
As for this card and the amazing inspiration pic they are simply gorgeous! I love all that green and I love your blue textured background and the sticks above! Well done lovely!
HOpe this day is full of blessings as you continue to PRAISE!
    Smiles and hugs SHarnee :)
