Luke 1:37

Hey everyone!  It's been a few days since I posted or even created anything, but I'm here today.  Some of you know my saga with my shoulder, and sadly, that has kept me from creating recently.  My doctor gave me the go ahead to do what I would like as long as it didn't hurt, and I've basically been sitting idle for over a year, so I ran with it.  Apparently using an electric sander is not on the list of approved activities and no one told me that it was one of the worst things for a labrum repair:  two steps forward three steps back.

Regardless, I am here with a card this morning.

I used a couple of sets on this card.  I used a digital image from Clear Dollar Stamps called Pansy, which is the February Flower of the Month.  I also used a clear stamp called Luke 1:37 from the Scripture line of stamps at CDS.

I made this card for 2 different challenges.  It was made for the Splitcoaststampers CAS challenge, which was a photo inspiration, and for the Cheerful Stamp Pad's Anything Goes challenge.

Stamps:  Pansy digi, Luke 1:37
Ink:  Memento Tuxedo Black
Paper:  unknown green, BG Sweet Threads
Accessories:  Prismacolor & gamsol, sponge, corner chomper, cream brads, foam tape, Green Spica pen, Buttercream liquid pearls

Thanks for stopping in today.  I'm hoping to have some more to show later this week :)

  1. No fun, Cassie! It is hard when you are in pain, hope that it will get better soon! For with God nothing will be impossible, what a great reminder for all of those difficult things in our lives. Love the cards!
