CPS Sketch 249

Clear Dollar Stamps is sponsoring the CPS Sketch this week, and we are so excited about it!  I played along, but I used a set from CDS's new release which is happening on the 7th!  This set is called Dahlia, and I LOVE it!  I used a technique that involves painting with bleach which I found over at Splitcoaststampers.
