I'm home sick, so naturally what heals an ailment. . .crafting, lol. I can't seem to shake the yuckies, so I closed myself in my 'craft cave' and made a few things. I made this for the Stamp Something 'glitter' challenge. I used a new release from Clear Dollar Stamps called Loving Critters. I stamped my image right onto the patterned paper, and colored him with Prismacolor Pencils & gamsol. I think I like the effect.
I did cut stamp and cut out the balloon from patterned paper.
This IS adoable! Great use of the KI kit! Not to mention how cute that little guy is! I like how you stamped him right on the dsp!
ReplyDeleteI so understand feeling homesick Cassie. I thank God for keeping connected to our former home in Barrow. Crafting is a wonderful thing isn't it? :-)
ReplyDeleteSuch a fun and sweet card. Like the colors and coloring.
Hey, thank you so much for reminding me that God never wastes a hurt. I've never heard it put in those terms. It was very comforting. I'm easy to cry these days too.
HUGS,
