HELP FOR KATIE!

HELP FOR KATIE
Hey Everyone!  I have a very special post today dedicated to Katie Emerson Renz. . .do you know her?  If not here is what I know about Katie.  She is a wife and mother to 3 adorable boys.  I've known Katie for almost 2 years since I started working with her over at Clear Dollar Stamps.  She is a joy to work with, because she is always so encouraging and giving.  I love her sense of humor and her mad card-making skills.  She inspires me.  Sadly, right before Christmas she was diagnosed with stage 4 gastric cancer.  I can only imagine how that has changed everything for her and her family.

Jak Heath is another of her friends, who has set up a wonderful fundraiser for Katie's family.  You will definitely want to head over to Jak's blog to see what is going on, and how you can get a bunch of digital  images for a very small price.

I am showcasing a card using an image from one of MANY images available for a very small donation that will go to help Katie and her family.  This image was designed by Laurie Wilson that Clear Dollar Stamps has donated.

Stamp:  Sew Grateful set donated by CDS
Ink:  Baja Breeze
Paper:  CC Material Girl, Cottonball White (CDS), Cherry Go Round (CDS)
Accessories:  Copics, sponge, button, brown thread, blue ricrac, measuring tape ribbon, silver pen

Now head on over to JAK'S blog to donate!

  1. Awesome card Cass. I love the measuring tape paper. After uploading my post and purchasing the digis from Jak I find myself thinking of Katie and unable to sleep. So thought I'd blog hop instead. Hugs.
