I've been a bit MIA lately, but for good reason. My husband has been on leave for this week and some of last. We had big plans to really doing some Spring Cleaning, but it turned into Spring Purging and we are now having a massive garage sale this weekend. Of course it will be my birthday this Saturday, but it's the only Saturday that we have in the for-seeable future that doesn't have baseball / softball games. Regardless we are hoping to make a bit of money to put toward a beach trip :)
I did find some time to play last night, and decided to play along in the Simon Says Stamp 'Happy Birthday' challenge. It's their 4th birthday, so Happy Birthday Simon Says Stamp! They have some pretty great prizes up for grabs, so you may want to check it out.
This card uses the SS stamp called Happy Everyday and is featured in their April Card Kit along with all of the other goodies I used on this card. There's a lot of bang for your buck in that monthly kit.
I'm going to get back to pricing, but I'm hoping to have a bit more time to craft this week. Thanks for stopping in!
This is gorgeous! Love the bright, festive colors and the boldness of the black! :) Thanks for celebrating with us and playing along in our "Happy Birthday" challenge over at the Simon Says Stamp challenge blog! xoReplyDelete

This is great, what a cheery background and then the contrasting black gives the sentiment center stage on the card. Nicely done!! Have fun pricing (my least favorite thing to do getting ready for a yard sale but it's so nice to purge!!) I'm in real need of doing the same (purge) but all of April is already booked!! How did that happen???? Yikes!ReplyDelete
